Tbf California has many unique policies that I wish the rest of the country had, despite all their failures. They have more robust environmental protections and online consumer protections than really any other state and we benefit from companies having to conform to those standards even for products that get sold elsewhere

we also have the highest gas prices and surprisingly it’s not trumps fault. We pass billions every election cycle for “education” but not a penny ever sees a title 1 school. We have paid billions for a high speed rail that is 20 years behind and won’t even be state of the art. It’s a joke, all of the “robust policies” are a joke
