Can I ask what it means to recognize a genocide? Like they call it a genocide or that they try to provide aid or that they talk about issues in how they are treated??

maybe if Israel didn’t behave like it does… it wouldn’t have to be friends with murderous terror states like Azerbaijan. ffs Azeris that murder Armenians aboard tend to get pardoned if they get returned to Azerbaijan.
