I don’t know about that, I live out here in LA and I saw a cop pull a man out of a handicap stall and take him out in handcuffs. I thought that was a little extreme. Granted the man didn’t speak English and the cop didn’t really look like a cop so I don’t really know 🤷‍♂️ I tried to turn in the wheelchair I found in the stall but they just threw it out
