I mean I think anybody should be potentially fired over gross and/or violent comments. It’s no different than someone making sexually derogatory comments. It’s the consequences of your words and the right of an employer.

Derogatory speech is protected under the first amendment though but fighting words aren’t. Some people were fired for simply quoting controversial things he has said.
