Civil courts only require 50% of the jury to rule. Also these juries are just going to be slated with biased people.

The woman probably wasn’t trying to kill the agent, but it’s pretty obvious that he reasonably believed she was, which is what’s required for self defense. She didn’t deserve it, but it wasn’t murder
