That would’ve been actually impossible. Have you seen the Mona Lisa in person? It’s like hell to even get close to it to take a picture much less walk past the line and close enough to take it off the wall. Not to mention they do have security right there for the Mona Lisa. The Paris jewel on the other hand isn’t really as popular. I don’t think there’s usually a crowd or anything around it or anything like that
