What’s funnier is that’s usually not even how Mother’s Day goes for most mothers. The only people making anything happen are their own mothers or children, fathers never seem to get gifts or plan a celebration. I feel like I see a lot of mothers just asking for a day of not cooking/cleaning. Maybe that’s just my experience though
