I’m not sure how the personal beliefs of a person, unrelated to the job they’re hired to do, have any reflection on who hired them. I certainly wasn’t asked about anything of the sort when I was hired at my job. I wouldn’t expect my boss to hate strawberries, the sound of chewing gum, or home owners associations just because I do.

I’m not sure how another example matters? If showing a black, Indian, Cuban, etc. hire doesn’t prove anything, why would you showing a white person prove anything? I’m not sure why a guy’s opinion on racial hiring practices matter when his job is to work on Brazil-US relations
