This is why immigration straight up needs to be banned. Why the fuck are we tolerating such disrespect from people who don’t belong here to begin with?

You do know that Christianity wasn’t the first religion here either, right?

most immigrants from our southern border (because ik that’s the only ones you are talking about) are mostly catholics if the statistics are correct

Yes it was. It’s a free country that doesn’t force religion on people, but it is undeniably founded by Christians based on Christian principles.

Non-Christians belong here only if they are citizens. We have no obligation to open the doors to foreigners, especially ones who actively hate Christians. Hatred has no place in America.

And I’m happy for those people being Christians too, but just because someone is Christian doesn’t mean they should be allowed to enter the country. Many people crossing the border are criminals and hate America and its values.

I’m saying the rapists, and drug traffickers and criminals crossing our border are the exact opposite of Christians. I’m sure a lot of them crossing the border are good Christian people, but unfortunately we can’t afford to let any of them in.

You can have that opinion, sure. One thing you did say that’s factually wrong is how this country was founded on Christianity, which goes entirely against the founding father’s notions of separation of church and state. You have a warped, inaccurate perception of what America actually is supposed to be.

Like brother I get it, the diversification of the country is inherently scary to the majority class. But you gotta understand, it’s going to happen. It’s natural progression of society. Take it as an opportunity to be able to spread the gospel to new people, help them seek salvation. That’s what god would want. God wouldn’t want you to turn away in fear.

People “hate” Christianity because of warped views of faith like yours. True Christianity is difficult to achieve, because it is so against our nature. If you find yourself getting emotional thinking about stuff like this, you need to stop and pray. You need to seek out what God would want you to do. Genuinely. Not what Fox News tells you god would want, not what your conservative pastor/priest would tell you. What GOD would tell you.

Part of being a good Christian is showing tolerance and grace in the face of hate. “Loving thy neighbor” doesn’t mean those neighbors are always nice or share your ideals, and as Christian’s we are expected to turn the other cheek to those ignorances. You seem to not have a very good grasp of the values of both your religion and nation of origin and that’s a bit sad.
