Was the flood localized to the mansions of Texas politicians and oil executives though? No. I’m not praying on the downfall of regular ass people in the paths of natural disasters even if I do abhor their politics because that would be fucking insane and antisocial of me, and would only make them less likely to change their beliefs when they see the opposition is like “lmao I’m glad all those people died in that disaster!”

When Republicans said the same shit about the California fires that was awful of them to say, and it’s also awful to laugh in the faces of flood victims just because Texas sucks.

“Everything is political” yeah and you can use that to explain to people why they were hurt so bad by something, not to rub their noses in trauma. Ridiculous false equivalency.
