I don’t really agree about most of Africa or the Middle East (not to say that it isn’t a pervasive problem in several countries though) but honestly basically all of Europe is that way

There are several ongoing conflicts in Africa and the Middle East that are about persecuting the ethic minority of those countries, they are far more racist than any European nation
