Anyone who permanently moves anywhere should attempt to learn the language and the culture of the place they’re moving to. And if anyone is traveling, they should do their absolute best to respect the culture of the place they’re visiting.

What is the culture of America. This isn’t a gotcha I actually just want what you think it is

It’s sad that this needs to be said, but thank you for saying it.

All of the little and big things that make the US unique. How we interact with one another in public, the sports we enjoy, how we spend our free time, things like that. If you go to any other country you will notice a difference in everyday life. That’s the difference in culture. American culture is the collection of all different traditions and ideals that blended together are uniquely American

Gun culture and tipping culture are other things that contribute to American culture as a whole. Not all cultural norms are good

Go to a college football game, a Fourth of July party, a baseball game, or a nascar race. All of those have very uniquely American elements to them.

I mean I guess but going crazy over a sporting event isn’t unique to us, the only difference is it’s in America. And obviously the Fourth of July but like, that’s mostly just drinking with red white and blue on 😭 like I agree there is somewhat of a culture in America but not really one that has to be adjusted to ig, idk

I’ve been to Costa Rica, Italy, and Greece. I promise you it’d be a hell of an adjustment moving from the US to one of those countries or vice versa

Well yeah of course, idk what I’m trying to say lmao. I guess that it’s not culture in the normal or traditional sense, or not like deep rooted culture based around a lot of history idk I just feel like it’s different here
