As someone who has lost a parent to a drunk driving accident I think we need stricter DUI laws. Anything more than two DUIs should constitute a permanent license suspension. MADD has a reason for their concern and anger

Also make drunk driving legal limits, open container laws, and if drunk driving even constitutes a crime a patchwork again

Make DUI illegal but make it discretionary for the officer instead of a strict BAC content limit
