But since you want to talk about crime rates, please explain why Native Americans are searched and handcuffed the most despite the stats for arrests for most crimes (except drunkenness, liquor laws, and disorderly conduct) being in line with their proportion of the population

And most of them are small, with the total population of all CA reservations being 55k. The Navajo reservation in AZ is over 3x that, so I don’t see your point. And the proportion of Native Americans in CA is slightly less than the proportion across America anyway

Except you’re conflating on-reservation Native Americans with all Native Americans. 80% don’t live on a reservation. So it seems like you don’t know what to tell me because there’s zero explanation for the large discrepancy in searches for Native Americans given their crime stats and proportion of the CA population
