The drop out has no effect on his presidency lol. The dementia hiding sure but no word leader would ever admit they are having a decline. Look at trump, he is clearly in late stage CHF and they dx it as CVI. Once again, the ag is a maybe but even then the charges wouldn’t have changed for trump due to the laws at that time
