If i woke up as Trump tomorrow I’d Spend a lot of that money I have to build more lower income housing in cities to try and help homeless populations, mandate that proper history is taught in schools, acknowledge all the wrongs this country has done officially(this is a form of reparations) and then pour that money into areas were those effected by colonialism and Jim Crow live.
