We have missiles now that can literally kill a single person without any collateral damage. Instead of having an explosive payload we basically just shred the target. It’s how we killed the leader of al-Qaeda in 2022. It’s not unreasonable to assume Israel would be supplied with a Hellfire R9X missile if they were asked for one
