yeah one infront of dnc and in back of rnc. I dont think he is affiliated with either party i think is just unhinged. but if i had to take a guess i fell he leans more right and placed it at rnc bc he was pissed that they wasnt doing anything and felt that he should “wake them up”

That usually the reason on why right wing extremist attack right wing officials is bc they feel they arent radical enough.
