“Guyssssss stop talking about the pedophile, he’s gonna be here for four years anyway so you might as well get comfortable” - someone who should definitely be allowed around children
For real, if this is the only narrative the left has to cling onto they are so fucking cooked. The fact is Trump will be president until January 2029. Nothing will change that, and somebody else will be the Republican nominee anyways.

well the jury, like in any case, was shown evidence and came to a unanimous conclusion upon the guilt of the convicted. so yes. they did say “trust me bro” after mountains of evidence were shown to them, dipshit.

The court said “trust me bro, we’d never stack the jury with Democrats and never-Trumpers, we’re independent and unbiased and he did it just trust us we’ve seen it all”

So in civil cases the jury is selected by both the prosecution and the defense. No judge actually selects the jurors at all. Both the prosecution team and the defense have equal say in who gets added into the jury, and they can dismiss as many jurors as they’d like in order to get a fair trial.

In fact, according to CBS News, Juror number 77 was attempted to be dismissed, as is the right of the prosecution, because he “listened to right-wing YouTubers”. This, in many ways, would give him a level of Bias! And he was unsuccessfully dismissed. He voted against Trump. All of them did.

That fact that it was a civil case to begin with already makes it obvious the case is bullshit lmao

Well of course it’s not bullshit! Civil cases are by far more common than criminal cases, and a lot of things need to happen in order for a case to be criminal. Are you saying the majority of cases in the United States are bullshit as well, then? Doesn’t sound like you’re very “tough on crime” to me.
