If anything Chinese production is centered on longevity and quality design (for the domestic market at least) while American companies try to see how long they can go on designing deliberately faulty products that will be replaced when the “new” model gets released the next year

In China, you can’t change the politicians, but you can change the policies. In the US, you can’t change the politicians, but the policies remain the same. Why? Bc we’ve sold our policy making power to companies.
