Singapore is pretty good at doing urbanism in the heat, but they have basically built everything in walking distance, with shade and nature everywhere, lots of reflective materials, and AC It’s really hard to do, tbh I’d say good urbanism is easier in the snow then when you live in Texas or Florida and a 1/2 mile walk outside of AC can make you extremely sweaty
