But sure. We need to “cut waste” and “save money”. Despite the fact that deporting people costs more than them staying and staying 100% on gov benefits forever. And they don’t even live off benefits bc you need citizenship status to get them.

I mean any argument on saving government spending has just been obliterated with the current budget bill. They don’t care about fiscal conservatism.
