neoliberal globalized capitalist world means resources are available everywhere from anywhere, including the means of production and labor. nowhere is special. you are completely replaceable, by design. you ask for too much money? your entire headquarters gets moved where they wont ask for more. so youre stuck in an endless cycle of appeasing the rich capital owners and never winning. a race to the bottom.
