Huh, getting conflicting stories from the wonder of google. Left leaning publications are saying it will inevitably lead to cronyism and is being done to pay for other things, while right leaning sources say it is for development of much needed housing during a shortage and is all within close proximity to existing establishments. Definitely requires more research and nuanced view.
