places like twitter are not great to gauge a general consensus because of how bad the bot problem is. however, known people are there. elected officials, influencers, others that are just known, can give something of a general idea of the belief climate. also very united front among them, my family, friends' family, extended family, my conservative high school district, and more also seem fairly united. give or take on the degrees of fervor, but its... scary
