They don’t represent other nations. So no they’re not foreign

Confederate flag represents the confederate states of America in the seceding state’s attempts at becoming its own nation to preserve slavery. The United States does not recognize this flag and if anything is a symbol of a regime that we were at war with and won against. To fly their colors is un-American, unpatriotic, and these are people who that post should be referring to rather flags of foreign counties who we are at good terms with.
