Ok, that happens. Law enforcement arrests the wrong people by mistake occasionally. That happens and has happened in every country in the world for all of human history. No law enforcement agency is 100% perfect. By comparison, the U.S. does an amazingly good job of minimizing it to the largest extent possible.

Due process of law is a guaranteed right of all people in the United States. Obama was much more effective at removing illegal aliens from the US than Trump and did so without sending people to war torn Africa across the globe from their families
