1. The Supreme Court basically forced that trial to wait until after the election. 2. The American people believe he was right to do so and therefore elected him president clearing him of all charges. In the eyes of the ppl the only crime is Biden failure

The only objective stance is that he's a fucking traitor and should be in prison

Read your DMs. But according to the American people he is not. He was cleared of every single charge by the American people. 94 counts and 64 of them are washed away. The other 30 related to the stormy Daniels case will become marks on his record without repercussions.

I don't gaf what the people think, he's still a fucking traitor who should be rotting in a cell. Insane that you can plot a coup and get off with no consequences.

Also think about this Mr. Or Mrs. Defend democracy you are actively trying to argue the man a majority of Americans wanted as president should be in prison because YOU don’t like him.

Felons who violently attempt a coup to overturn a free and fair election shouldn't be able to participate in democracy. Stop supporting fascists.

I’ve told you I agree he did it. But once he was elected president it’s like arguing over a dead animal. It’s too late to fix that and is now more dangerous to democracy to keep fighting that. The Democratic Party would be better off figuring out their policy challenges because what you are upset about cannot be changed.

I didn’t even vote for him but he was ELECTED PRESIDENT LEGALLY.

You don't see a problem with an insurrectionist and traitor being able to get off with no consequences for attempting a coup and being able to run for president? I don't really care if it's "legal" or not, especially since SCOTUS and congress refuse to hold him accountable for his numerous other crimes. You're part of the problem.

I see a massive problem with it which is why I voted for Kamala but it doesn’t mean the will of the voters should be disrespected for my personal opinions.

Sure dude lol. Sounds like you're real concerned about a violent insurrectionist escaping punishment to go on to be president and commit even more crimes while in office with no pushback from SCOTUS or congress. But it's all "legal" according to the institutions that let trump commit all his crimes so everything is good for you.

I am concerned but it was too late for that on November 5th. Once he won the election that part of the battle was over. We don’t have time travel. We can’t retroactively go back and remove him as president. In the end Trump has to be stopped at the ballot boxes in every state. That’s where he will be held accountable. Midterms and local elections will do far more to rein him in than any of the constitutional barriers ever could.

It not bc “YOU don’t like him” it’s bc he tried to overturn an election result. You can still talk about how he’s an authoritarian just because got away with his scheme most people don’t even understand what happened Jan 6th or why it was bad. No one is talking about this to try and reverse the presidential election of 2024.
