Well it does benefit the administration because most of the people in Trump’s cabinet are likely abusers (or in some cases are basically confirmed abusers)

I think being afraid of being abused when they get sent home might do more damage to a soldiers morale than the off chance they might be offended by something

For sure. What he’s talking about though are the reporting systems that have dramatically reduced the hardness of our military personnel, which genuinely puts our whole nation in greater danger. There are separate systems for reporting abuse. The headline here is misleading.
