I think it’s bad that Charlie Kirk got shot. I don’t think Charlie Kirk was worth giving you people a martyr. It is incredibly funny that the man was killed in an act of gun violence while in the middle of a sentence downplaying gun violence though. Like, that shit is funny. Fucked up, sure. Still funny though. Textbook definition of situational irony.

I mean, it would depend, if the car manufacturer was under a recall for a faulty part and THAT part was what killed their CEO in the crash, that would indeed be funny. The bartender thing would also be kinda funny if you worded the joke right. Like, “he knew when to cut off everyone but himself”

Hey now, I never said Charlie Kirk deserved to die, I said the circumstances around his death were funny. Very different things. And it would only be funny in that case with the bartender if the drunk driver had been served BY that same bartender. Then the irony would kick in.
