What made you decide maga communism was bunk and why did you specifically backtrack to becoming a liberal of all things as opposed to, idk, a more valid version of socialist?

It wasn’t one thing. But I guess the start was I talked more to apolitical people. And realized radical leftism is kinda a bubble and not real. I just wanted it to be real because I was part of it. I also wouldn’t say it’s backtracking. I consider myself a moderate social democrat which you could say is still leftist
