yea Mamdani is a very centrist candidate in reality. We definitely have the concept of anti-capitalism, but no real way to innact change in the way the system is set

Unfortunately, Mamdani isn’t anti-capitalist. While what he is doing is a kind of progress, he is only making capitalism more tolerable for people instead of fixing the root of the issue, which is capitalism itself

Yeah it is unlikely that real change will ever be enacted within the system. Since the system simultaneously is the thing that needs great upheaval and fights tooth and nail to preserve itself, the only hope would be extrasystemic measures
