To be clear, we have been nuclear testing this whole time. Just not like… field testing. Unlike Russia we spend an insane amount of money to test and maintain all of our nuclear weapons, and upgrade them as needed

Russia also has nukes, but a lot of them are just kind of like there. may or may not work and that is definitely a safety issue
