Did you even watch the video? Her wheels were turned all the way to the right when he shot her, and he was on the left side of the vehicle, not even in front of it. The only reason it the car “Rammed him” is because he shot her, causing her to go into shock and slam the gas. Which barely grazed his leg. He walked away unscathed.
