Yall need to realize that stopping the nuclear program isn’t the actual goal here, regime change is. The nuclear program is just an excuse for it.

Well regime change is the ideal goal, nuclear program is the realistic goal. I don’t think we’ve destabilized the ayatollah enough for that. It seems like the intelligence community would prefer an internal movement oust the ayatollah government rather than backing a specific group and tripling down on what they’ve been doing

Considering how bad the US fucked it up the last time it doesn’t surprise me why we’re not immediately pushing for regime change. Hopefully whatever non-CIA/deep state-led group eventually overthrows their government isn’t hellbent on trying on being cartoon ass villians
