Right, but where was the due process when millions of immigrants came in to American illegally? Y’all are forgetting that there is a process to come into America that millions broke. So in the situation due process doesn’t apply.

That’s not how that works. Not following the process of immigration is not “due process”, it’s just a process. If they wanna be deported for having come here illegally however, due process applies because it’s a legal issue.

Yes it does. Just bc you say millions came in doesn’t mean you can forego the constitution. The constitution applies in all circumstances, you cant say it doesn’t apply when you don’t want it to.

Holding random to the same standard as your own government is sad. You should want your government and representatives to do better.

Due process applies to their deportation proceedings. If they entered the country illegally, they can go and have a fair trial and get deported. If they didn’t enter the country illegally, they get a fair trial and then they get to stay. The problem is that people who came here legally and followed the rules are still getting detained and deported (or even sent to the prison for terrorists in El Salvador)because they weren’t given fair trials

Actually majority of illegal immigrants did come to the us legally then overstayed their visa. If you wanted to actually know shit. But no, you just want to guzzle the propaganda

“Guzzle the propaganda?” That was YALL when Biden opened up the borders and let millions of them in. When we were protesting against while he was in office yet yall wanted to “guzzle on the propaganda” that there was no crisis at the border, so yes the majority did come in here illegally

Then Trump administration should go after people who just recently entered the country instead of long term residents who are showing up to their visa or green card appointments, and who have families
