I’m not saying the California election was rigged, but don’t be surprised when people raise eyebrows when your state has the slowest, most inefficient way to count votes in the entire country.

It’s slow but also has the least incidence of voter fraud total bc they check so thoroughly.

Two things can be true at once: the election can still be legitimate even if it takes a long time to count votes, but at the same time, it shouldn’t take as long as it does for them to count votes.

You also don’t really know if your vote was counted through because the fraud verification comes after the ballot has been casted instead of before voting. This may seem easier for the voter experience, but it leaves way more work on the backend. As a voter, it’s also more comforting to be informed of any complications before I vote rather than after the fact because then I would’ve wasted a vote.
