I mean if I did break my back and get prescribed opioids I would more than likely become an addict from an injury that wasn’t my fault to begin with. Why does that mean I shouldn’t get help for my addiction that was medically caused?

Mind you my dad is homeless and possibly dead because my mom left him after he got back into hard drugs. Which he only got on because he was prescribed oxy for his broken back from high school football

Well I would say that most people running around homeless come from the generation that were young teens during the opioid epidemic. Of course not all but it’s not like we haven’t finished seeing the effects of what it did to our nations communities

If we are talking those who became impoverished and homeless from drug usage. Considering you called their clothes a “biohazard” I assumed you weren’t talking about those in this scenario from improbable life events like a house fire. It seems you would feel that not all homeless people are bad but the “looneys” are and must’ve gotten to that spot by their own doing. Which yes happens. But undervalues those in need of help.
