
IMO only if you know their politics. People don’t have control over their nationality, it’s not fair to discriminate against someone based solely on that. Its like how a lot of German-Americans were unfairly discriminated against during WW1 and WW2 over something they had no control over.
However, I do think it’s a valid choice to boycott products produced by business within that country. A boycott of national exports is different from boycotting an American company based on the nationality of who owns it. The boycotts of South Africa back in the day ended up being pretty effective. Does it make sense what I’m saying?
