Supply chains are compromised. One of the not so publicly known reasons tariffs and manufacturing has to return to the USA.

Do you have a source for the supplies being compromised? And tariffs just make supplies more expensive so people are more likely to buy the already more expensive us version. And the us made hundreds of millions of doses regardless of whatever supply was compromised

I am truly sorry to hear that But that doesn’t necessarily mean that the Covid vaccine caused his heart attack With the billions of doses given out without heart attacks afterwards, it’s safe to assume that the vaccine doesn’t cause heart attacks at a measurable rate While it is possible the vaccine contributed to it, it is far more likely something else caused it (like diet, genetics, and blood clots), and that the timing was just a coincidence
