This Cornell stuff is bothering me sm. All these people calling her a liar just because she consented to 2 of the men. Calling her a $lut. Even outing her name if it’s even her. This is why so many survivors don’t come forward.

All of yall downvoting, did you not read her response? Did you not read her sword testimony 2 weeks later? She says herself repeatedly it was all consensual and she was conscious the whole time. Changing your mind way after the fact doesn’t make it rape. Still disgusting, especially the one guy who talked her into it, but not criminal

Yeah and I mean you can tell from these texts that she seems friendly with this guy and doesn’t harbor any ill will. It’s when she starts to feel outcasted by not only her sorority by the fraternity that her story seems to change.
