Bruh it’s not because nasa administrators think Elon is a great guy; our federal government refuses to properly fund our space program so we cut costs by offloading launch vehicle responsibilities to private companies. We used to pay the Russians to do this and now we’re paying Elon, thats just what happens when we prioritize the military over nasa

The NASA administrator has no aerospace experience, he’s just a founder of a payment transfer company who’s friends with Elon Musk. But yeah, outside of him, all the career scientists and engineers are doing great work and deserve our respect!

I said nasa administratorS, trying to refer to the functional leaders of the agency, not the trump installed leaders. My point is that the partnership with spacex and others isn’t the product of some nasa friendship with musk, just something a cash strapped space agency needs to do to remain operational
