Incel ideology is inherently right wing. It’s rooted in misogyny and sexism. And it almost always includes elements of racism, homophobia, Christian nationalism, etc. What I believe OP is referring to is incels that mask themselves as left wingers, the so-called performative males or nice guys. These men are still misogynistic right wingers. They just disguise themselves as leftists who care about women.
