you’re still a fascist dude. America has essentially been the greatest force for evil since the end of WW2. We have literally caused the murder of tens of millions by starting proxy wars and backing fascist dictatorships around the world.

I’m aware what campism is sadly most the time where ppl come from on hating the U.S. is a campist place of ideals. Instead of principles you may not be one of those but it’s a massive issue.

I vote straight ticket Democratic. Just because I believe real change can only come by means of revolution doesn’t mean I don’t support trying to make working peoples’ lives better by all available methods. Not to mention, though democracy we can choose our enemy. Neoliberals are a much preferable enemy than fascists, denying fascists power is reason enough by itself that all leftists should vote.

Campism isn’t about hating the US, it’s about praising its enemies, even though they are often themselves evil reactionaries. The fact that this is a foolish mindset doesn’t make the US not evil.
