i actually blame biden for waiting so long to drop out and essentially throwing Kamala under the bus. but even then trump was the other option so i had no trouble deciding who would be best for the future

A candidate is different from their campaign though. I feel like that is very obvious. The lying about everything was his campaign. Him being a disgraceful liar and garbage human is the candidate. The campaign may have worked but it doesn’t mean he wasn’t a terrible candidate.

It’s like separating the art from the artist. Qualifications and history made him a way worse candidate than anybody he’s run against in all three elections and Republican primaries. The campaign he ran just worked. Doesn’t mean he wasn’t a good candidate

You are the one who said candidate. If you meant campaign you should have said campaign. That’s not semantics those are different words. That’s your fault don’t blame me lol. And she ran the shortest campaign of your lifetime due to Biden not being a one term president like he said he would. Put blame towards the right person and use the right words. Was she a bad candidate, yes. Did the party have a choice, no. Was it Biden’s fault, yes. Was she a worse CANDIDATE than Trump, no.
