no because that means that some children won’t get birthday cakes and they can’t hand out candy for halloween. junk food is often the center of social gatherings: cookies, brownies, bringing soda for everyone, chips. poor people deserve to be able to buy these things, too. sure you can bring a fruit or veggie tray to a party, but that’s not really the top choice lol

Also, considering hot food isn’t covered by SNAP (literally if you get a sub toasted it can’t be covered), this list is probably getting very small

Oh that makes more sense I guess. I just assumed it was hot food based on a sign I saw in Wawa that said you can’t use EBT if you get your food toasted or warmed

Anything you order at Wawa you can’t use ebt it’s the same thing with sheetz if you order anything from the screen none of it works
