If I was dictator of the USA, my first act would be to radically change transportation infrastructure and training. Too many unqualified people drive so we need better training and car alternatives. Taking them off the road reduces cars lowering traffic

And because I would be the dictator, I would be more than willing to seize land to accomplish this where necessary because without tit there would be too much bureaucracy to get it done in a time and cost efficient manner

Been saying this. Driving is a privilege that too many people have. So many deaths caused by people who shouldn't be driving (drunks, elderly, reckless/aggressive drivers, morons). Invest in public transportation to save lives.

Old people are one of the biggest problems because they naturally suck at driving due to their age but the alternatives for them to get around either suck or are non existent

Some people are inherently incapable or unwilling to drive safely and yet we allow them on our roads when most of this can be prevented by observations during training and evaluations. And for those who do drive, there should be annual mandatory driver safety courses and employers should be required to cover them as PTO
