Maxwell literally tried to come out and say that it's true and that Trump is lying. Trump kept her from saying it.

I mean if the “sensitive” stuff is like, the identities or faces of victims I think that’s not unreasonable to withhold. unfortunately we live in a world where being a SA victim is stigmatizing and those folks have suffered enough

They also might remove informants from it or people they may have sent like undercover for info which I feel is reasonable too.
