We stopped engaging with the crown prince specifically because of his role in the murder of Khashoggi, this has been well known since it happened I don’t know what alternate reality you’re living in

no i mean the us never formally ended diplomatic relations with saudi arabia for any period of time. sure we may have stopped talking to the crown prince but that’s not the same thing
