I’d agree but all it’s going to be used for is to increase the minimum radiation limit from various construction and mining projects. Everything about this EO is to hurt people and benefit corporations that deal with nuclear materials (and will likely do nothing about our over reliance on fossil fuels and lack of nuclear infrastructure)

That is almost certainly the intended change, but if they changed the federal regulations around radiation it would have very helpful impacts in medicine and nuclear power generation. It’s certainly not their goal but a win is a win.
